We have implemented a fix and billing portal links through the dashboard are now working properly. Rack Manage is a multi-regional application with servers distributed across the United States and Europe, however the service that authenticates users to the billing portal is currently only available in a single region. A configuration error incorrectly attempted to route users to the wrong region which led to an error during authentication.
While we have corrected the configuration error, we have also implemented safeguards to redirect users properly in the event of an outage in this region or service in the future. Additionally, you can always access the billing portal via https://billing.rackmanage.io, or through the links in any billing related emails sent via Rack Manage.
